As a professional musician for over 20 years, I've done it all!
It's been my honor to serve as music director for numerous theatrical productions in the Twin Cities, working for such companies as Theater Latté Da, Troupe America Inc., and Table Salt Productions. In addition, I was named Best Music Director of 2014 by Lavender Magazine.
I have also musically directed dozens of corporate shows and events around the country.
In addition to the full-length musicals Love After Hours, Vampires! Horror!, Church Basement Ladies 2: A Second Helping, and Church Basement Ladies 6: Rise Up, O Men, I have also composed music for U Betcha: The Making of a Minnesota Boy Band and the sketch comedy shows The VOW Factor, Danger! Will/Robinson, Whistling Past the Graveyard, Department of Redundancy Department, and Psych 101.
I am also the arranger for three other shows in the Church Basement Ladies franchise, Christmas on the Ranch, and Theater Latté Da's Beautiful Thing; and my arrangements for Schoolhouse Rock Live! and Schoolhouse Rock Live Too! are published by MTI (Music Theatre International).
I have been been a studio producer for over 20 years, producing more than ten full-length CDs and many more individual tracks for commercial, corporate and personal use.
A list of production credits can be found on my resume page.
In 2010, I created a live game show called Brain Game.
"[The] interactive game-show format [causes] powerful convulsions of laughter ... as the revolving panels of local humorists exchange spontaneous quips, daring one another (and intrepid audience volunteers) to match wits over an eclectic array of current (and frequently bizarre) topics. The nonstop volley of improvisational riffing tends to lend each performance an edge of inspired unpredictability, ... producing enough manic energy and irreverent humor to keep even the most reluctant of minds buzzing with laughter." —City Pages.
